Whole RAW foods are SEXY!
Really.  Plant based foods are the complete package.  Colorful, loaded with VITAL energy, nutrients, enzymes, fibre…everything the body needs.  I just don’t understand how a conscious mind could choose McD’s (or anything else processed) over this, never mind expose children to it.  The relationship with processed food is an abusive one.  Real food makes you happy, and science can prove that.  Serotonin, or 5-HTP (the ‘happy neurotransmitter’) is found mostly (90%) in your gut.  If you have a stagnant, acidic, toxic gut that is largely produced by processed foods, you will suffer emotionally and physically.
Above is a kale (one of the most nutrient dense foods out there) salad with blueberries, cashews, apples, bell peppers, lime juice surrounded by fresh black bean avocado salsa and topped with cancer fighting broccoli sprouts.
Turns me ON.  End of story.

As much as I promote eating raw foods, not everyone is ok with going 100% raw. Qunioa is one cooked food that has a place in my diet. My body loves it and I love that it’s a complete protein.
Above: Quinoa rolls - bell pepper, avocado and sprouts.
I added Bragg Seasoning, onions and spices to the water when I cooked the quinoa, giving it a fabulous different taste.

Why use  Sea Salt EVERYDAY?
Here is one GREAT reason:
HORMONES - if we look at our body like a computer, hormones are the software system.  They make countless decisions for us everyday whether we realize it or not.  Our hormones do their job properly only with the right balance of electrolytes and trace minerals (84 to be precise).  Keltic Sea Salt and Himalayan Salt have these balances in proper proportions.  With proper electrolyte balance, we are allowing the right ELECTRICAL environment for HORMONAL COMMUNICATION.
Having properly balance electrolytes means you can be sufficiently hydrated.  Does it sometimes seem that you cannot get enough water, that you cannot satisfy your thirst?  Add some sea salt to your water. 
You may find that you are better able to deal with stress when you make this shift.  Your adrenals run on salt.
Just some FOOD for THOUGHT :)
Tips:
Put a pinch of sea salt into your drinking water everyday and add it to your food AFTER cooking. 
AVOID processed salt. Get ONLY HIGH QUALITY UNPROCESSED sea salt.
High blood pressure?  Watch your pressure closely when you are making this shift as your blood pressure can be significantly decreased.
